This communicator can interface with a range of alarm panels using Contact ID. Primary alarm path is IP, followed by 4G/3G in the event of a wired Ethernet failure. The communicator reports on 4G or 3G if there is no IP connected.

Primary alarm path is IP, followed by 4G/GPRS in the event of a wired ethernet failure. If no IP connection exists the communicators will report on GPRS or 4G only.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We appreciate if you can return your item in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase email. You must contact us before returning your item so that we can give you an RMA number and the most applicable shipping address based on your location.
