The VP-409 is a high-quality video scaler for composite and s-Video (Y/C) video signals. The unit scales the video to a selectable computer graphics video output signal on a 15-pin HD connector.

The Kramer VP-409 is a high quality low cost converter for up-scaling composite video and s-Video to up to WUXGA. It accepts PAL-B/D/G/H/I, NTSC 3.58, and NTSC 4.43 video formats. This compact, multi-standard unit has a built-in 3D de-interlacer and a 3D comb-filter that ensures superb quality.

RETURNS

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it. We appreciate if you can return your item in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase email. You must contact us before returning your item so that we can give you an RMA number and the most applicable shipping address based on your location.
